What I believe to be true:

• Leadership takes many forms. It isn't defined by a title or the size of your organization. Whether you're leading a Fortune 500 company, a growing business, a small team, or your family, leadership is ultimately about influence, responsibility, and intentional action.

• Everyone benefits from an objective thought partner. We all have blind spots. Having someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and reflects back what may be difficult to see on your own creates space for greater clarity, better decisions, and meaningful growth.

• The best leadership is aligned leadership. Lasting success comes when your decisions, behaviors, and priorities are aligned with your values and what matters most. Anything less can work—and often does—but only for so long.
