Before her career as a coach, Crawford spent her career in investments and finance. Most recently, she served as an Executive Recruiter within the private markets and asset management industry, advising senior executives and investment professionals through critical career decisions and leadership challenges. In that role, she developed a firsthand understanding of the capabilities that differentiate effective leaders, the organizational dynamics that influence performance, and the challenges that arise during periods of change.

Earlier in her career, Crawford held positions in investment banking and asset management at J.P. Morgan and Citibank. These experiences continue to inform her coaching work, particularly her understanding of high-performance environments and the demands placed on leaders operating within them.

Today, Crawford combines her professional experience with evidence-based coaching practices to help clients clarify goals, address obstacles, and implement sustainable behavioral changes to support long-term success.
